  • Email Address: Used for account management and essential service notifications only.
  • Payment Info: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.

2. Zero Data Retention

We operate a strict Zero Data Retention policy for your financial documents:

  • Uploads: Your PDF bank statements are processed in-memory or temporary storage.
  • Processing: The conversion happens immediately.
  • Deletion: Original files and converted outputs are permanently deleted immediately after the download window expires (typically within minutes).

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.

  • No Data Brokers: We never monetize your personal information.
  • No AI Training: Your documents are not used to train Artificial Intelligence models (LLMs).
  • Service Providers: We use trusted infrastructure providers (like Hetzner).

4. Security Measures

We employ bank-grade security measures to protect your data during its brief time in our system:

  • Encryption in Transit: All data is transmitted via secure HTTPS/TLS 1.3 tunnels.
  • Encryption at Rest: Any temporary files are stored on encrypted disks.
  • Infrastructure: Our servers are protected by firewalls and regular security patches.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use minimal cookies necessary for the site to function (e.g., keeping you logged in). We use privacy-focused analytics that do not track your activity across other sites.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since we delete your uploaded files immediately, there is usually nothing to request regarding documents. For account data, you can delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
