1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Statement PDF to Excel (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service allows users to convert PDF bank statements into Excel/CSV formats. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and convert any documents you submit. You agree not to upload malicious files, viruses, or illegal content.

4. Limitations of Liability

We strive for accuracy, but OCR and conversion technologies are not perfect. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or financial losses resulting from the use of converted data. Always verify the output against your original bank statement.

5. Intellectual Property

The extracted data belongs to you. The software, design, and conversion technology belong to us (iWezo, LLC).

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes agreement to the new terms.
